What We Offer
We offer four paths of care, and each one begins the same way — with a conversation about what's actually going on and what it would look like to move forward together.
-
Individual counseling is where the most personal work happens, and we've built our practice around being good at it. We bring clinical depth in areas like complex trauma, PTSD, EMDR therapy, grief and bereavement, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and somatic therapy — and we bring it inside a relationship where you're known, not just assessed. The pace is yours, the direction is collaborative, and the work goes as deep as it needs to.
Serving Orlando, Winter Park, Baldwin Park, SoDo, College Park, Thornton Park, Maitland, Oviedo, Casselberry, and Altamonte Springs.
-
Couples counseling is for the relationship that matters enough to fight for, even when — especially when — it's hard to see how to get back to solid ground. We work from attachment theory and emotionally focused approaches because they get to the root of disconnection rather than just managing the surface of it. The goal is always the same: helping two people learn how to reach each other again.
-
Families carry patterns that shape everyone in the room, and most of those patterns were inherited long before anyone had language for them. Family therapy is where those patterns become visible and workable, where everyone gets a voice, and where the family gets to choose what it wants to be rather than repeating what it's always been.
-
Life coaching is for the work that doesn't require a clinical framework but still benefits from someone in your corner — someone who can help you clarify what you're after, build a plan around it, and hold you to it. It's practical, forward-facing, and entirely driven by the goals you set.
What We See
-
These are some of the areas where our counselors have built the deepest clinical expertise, but they aren't the full picture of what we do. If you're not sure whether what you're carrying fits neatly into a category, that's fine — reach out and we'll figure it out together.
-
Trauma doesn't always look the way people expect it to, and it doesn't always announce itself clearly. We work with adults whose lives have been shaped by traumatic experiences, offering clinical depth in EMDR, somatic therapy, and attachment-based care rooted in relational trust.
-
Complex PTSD develops when trauma isn't a single event but a pattern — often relational, often early, and often carried for years before it has a name. We work with the layered impact of prolonged trauma, helping clients understand the ways it has shaped their sense of self, their relationships, and their capacity for safety.
-
Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and it doesn't respond well to being rushed. We walk with people through loss — whether recent or long-held — with the patience and steadiness the process requires.
-
Anxiety can become the background noise of a person's entire life if it goes unaddressed long enough. We bring clinical depth to understanding what's driving it rather than just managing the symptoms.
-
Depression has a way of narrowing everything — energy, connection, hope, even the ability to imagine things being different. We meet clients where they are and help them rebuild a sense of agency and forward motion.
-
Mood disorders are complex, often misunderstood, and rarely as simple as a single diagnosis suggests. We bring clinical nuance to the full spectrum of mood-related conditions and a willingness to sit with the uncertainty that often accompanies the process.
-
The seasons that reshape a person's life — career shifts, relocation, becoming a parent, divorce, retirement — don't always come with crisis, but they almost always come with disorientation. We help people navigate these transitions with clarity and steadiness.
-
We work with women navigating the particular pressures that come with identity, roles, expectations, and the often invisible labor of holding everything together — helping them reconnect with their own voice and agency.
-
Questions of identity and self-worth tend to sit underneath everything else — shaping how a person shows up in relationships, at work, and in their own internal life. We work with clients who are ready to examine those deeper questions and rebuild from a more honest foundation.
-
Disconnection in relationships rarely happens overnight, and repairing it takes more than good intentions. We help couples and individuals understand relational patterns and learn how to show up differently.
-
Family dynamics carry a weight that other relationships don't — because the patterns run deeper and the stakes feel higher. We work with families navigating conflict, transition, and the hard work of learning to be honest with each other without doing damage in the process.
Our Process
Connect
It starts with reaching out, and that's the only hard part. We'll have a conversation, get a sense of what you're looking for, and figure out together whether this is the right fit.
Collaborate
From there, we build something together — a working understanding of where you are and where you want to go. Your story sets the direction, and our training helps us navigate it honestly.
Care
This is where the real work lives. Session by session, we stay with it — present, consistent, and willing to sit in whatever the work requires for as long as it takes to move.
Heal
Healing isn't an event so much as a capacity, something that builds over time and starts to shape how you carry yourself through everything else. Our goal is to help you get there and then get out of your way.
Reaching out is the only hard part. We'd love to hear from you — wherever you are in the process and however ready you feel.
