Where the Art & Science of Therapy Meet

We are relational counselors, which means we've staked our practice on a simple idea: that the quality of the relationship between counselor and client determines the quality of the work. Our clinical training runs through attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, EMDR, narrative approaches, and somatic interventions — but what holds all of it together is a commitment to being present, honest, and genuinely invested in the people who sit across from us.

We tend to be less directive than a lot of practices, and that's intentional. We'd rather help someone see clearly enough to make their own decisions than hand them a set of instructions. That takes patience, and it takes skill, and it takes the kind of trust that only gets built over time — which is exactly why we take the relationship so seriously.

We serve individuals, couples, and families across Orlando, Winter Park, College Park, SoDo, Baldwin Park, Thornton Park, Maitland, Oviedo, Casselberry, and Altamonte Springs — in-person and via telehealth throughout Florida.
